The original 1960 ranch house has undergone two remodels. The first in 2003 when the floor plan was opened, the kitchen and bathrooms updated, new wood floors installed throughout the upstairs. In 2008, the house was expanded by 500-square feet on the west side adding a master bedroom suite with an enclosed office.
