Renters will: - Pay all utilities. - Either contract for or promptly transport all household trash and refuse to local solid waste collection site. - Ensure pets meet all laws for immunizations and registrations. - Promptly report all maintenance needs to landlord. - Provide bedsheets, blankets, comforters, towels, cleaning consumables, etc. - Consult with landlord to remove and/or replace furniture, appliances, utensils, outdoor furniture, or similar items. Renters will not: - Sublet any portion of property. - Smoke or use smokeless tobacco of any kind in house or on deck. - Operate heat-producing equipment in house or on deck, or within 25 feet of house structure (e.g., grills, smokers, deep-fry appliances, portable heaters, or similar). - Burn debris or make/conduct campfires on property. - Repair or modify property or its contents other than changing HVAC filters and replacing light bulbs. - Remove trees larger than 4" in diameter past Army Corps of Engineers line toward lake shore (indicated by trees with two red stripes). - Store inop vehicles on premises. - Store flammable liquids in/within 50 feet of house to include on/under deck.
