Our spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath, two-story, single-family home has long been a favorite on the Newport Beach peninsula, and now it is available as a great vacation home for the best family beach getaways throughout the year! Newly available as a year-round vacation home, this single family, two-story home is nicely situated on the second block back from the beach away from the crowds, yet oh, so close, to great surf, great eats and every convenience a traveler might require all within easy walking distance! All three bedrooms and both bathrooms are located on the second story: a king bed, portable air conditioner and cable TV are supplied in the front master bedroom; a queen bed is provided in the spacious second bedroom at the top of the stairs; two twin beds in the third bedroom at the rear of the house. A spacious rear deck just off the third bedroom provides an enclosed, private setting for morning sun or afternoon shade.
