Quiet and quaint area of town, surrounded by old Victoria homes, has a very residential feeling. Residents love living here. Small complex only 8 units. Laundry room on site, off street parking, and a small storage unit for each unit. Features: -Open and modern floor plan -Upstairs unit have a private balconies/bright and sunny units -Laundry room on-site -Covered bike parking -Private storage locker -Private parking lot/street parking Tenants pay for all utilities, and are responsible for putting electric in their name. Rent does not include utilities. The move in date is negotiable, and the sublet is through Boulder Property Management. If you take the lease a professional cleaning crew will clean everything out between me moving out and you moving in. This sublet will last until August 9th, and can not be extended beyond that.
