Our Cottage provides you with a well-lit concrete driveway and side walks, front porch, back deck, small fenced in back yard, hardwood floors in the bedrooms, living room, dining room and study, ceramic tile in kitchen and and master bath, vinyl in hall bath and laundry room unfurnished. Monthly rental fee includes major utilities, lawn care, mailbox, and garbage pickup. We require a 1 year minimum contract, first and last months rent at signing, and security deposit. Smoking and Tobacco is NOT permitted in, around or on the property. Additional pictures can be provided by request. Owners provides garbage pickup, electricity, water, lawn maintenance. Tenants will review and agree to a 1 year lease.
