ABOUT US (and the pet policy) Property is managed by owners who used to live here, because we had to relocate to another part of Nashville for his work. We are friendly, easy going, clean 30-something professionals. We oversaw the complete redecoration and renovation of both townhomes in the building two years ago and have continued to add on and clean up the place in unique ways, like the cedar work and the planter in the front. It's a labor of love. Our last three tenants were couples that moved from much larger cities, like the boy-half of the two of us did. All three had their respective first kids and moved on to buying houses. (No guarantees you will have a kid if you move in. Is there something in the water at our house? Not making promises one way or the other on that one.) We will allow a cat or a dog with certain criteria. Our rule is "New Pets Must Get Along with Current Pets" in the shared yard. That means your dog will need to be temperament tested with the dog belonging to the tenant next door. But if the people next door move out before you do, any applicants dogs must get along with your dog. If you have a dog, we require you bring him/her over for a few hours so the two can socialize. The grass in the back yard is a very sorry excuse for grass. We invested in a nice lawn but our dog dug it up and various tenant dogs played until it was destroyed, so we've decided to sacrifice prettiness for utility. Our plan is sod this go round but if you get to us soon we will leave it as is so the dogs can dig, run, play, and so on until their hearts content. Pets is a $300 pet deposit. They tear places up. Also, it's a fenced back yard. It's been worth every penny for us. Instead of walking your dog daily you just open the door. One month deposit and first month up front at move-in. Tenant agrees not to move out between October 1st and December 25th. Warning: The photos are from before the last tenants, so there are minor changes. We have repainted to a brighter white and installed a handrail on the stairs for safety. Also, the photos kinda make the place look slightly bigger than it is in the kitchen and living room. Furniture is NOT included, including the patio furniture, coffee maker, and tatami mats. 1 Year Minimum
