But if the people next door move out before you do, any applicants dogs must get along with your dog. If you have a dog, we require you bring him/her over for a few hours so the two can socialize. The grass in the back yard is a very sorry excuse for grass. We invested in a nice lawn but our dog dug it up and various tenant dogs played until it was destroyed, so we've decided to sacrifice prettiness for utility. Our plan is sod this go round but if you get to us soon we will leave it as is so the dogs can dig, run, play, and so on until their hearts content. Pets is a $300 pet deposit. They tear places up. Also, it's a fenced back yard. It's been worth every penny for us. Instead of walking your dog daily you just open the door. Also, the photos kinda make the place look slightly bigger than it is in the kitchen and living room.
