We are friendly, easy going, clean 30-something professionals. We oversaw the complete redecoration and renovation of both townhomes in the building and have continued to add on and clean up the place in unique ways, like the cedar work and the planter in the front. It's a labor of love. Our last three tenants were couples that moved from much larger cities, like the male-half of the two of us did. All three had their respective first kids and moved on to buying houses. (No guarantees you will have a kid if you move in. Is there something in the water at our house? Not making promises one way or the other on that one.) We will allow a cat or a dog with certain criteria. Pets are a $300 pet deposit. They tear places up. Also, it's a fenced back yard. It's been worth every penny for us. Instead of walking your dog daily you just open the door. Grass out back is new sod, or will be in a few days. New countertop in the kitchen also.
