A lovely, furnished two bedroom cabin on the Russian River in Sonoma County. Our house is on a quiet stretch overlooking a seasonal creek. Private and set above the street, views from all sides are of towering redwoods and firs. Only a 15 minute walk to town (less than 5 min drive) where there's a grocery store, movie theater and a few places to grab a bite, along with access to hikes and beaches on the Russian River. We're a 20 minute drive from the Pacific Ocean. Both bedrooms boast spectacular views of the surroundings, one with queen, one with full bed. There is also a full size air mattress that you can use in the living room. A covered deck along the front of the house wraps around to a patio area with a large gas grill. Two other decks are just steps away in the yard. Enjoy our bathroom, with a claw-foot tub, and a standalone shower. Outdoor shower, brand new washer and dryer are behind the house. The kitchen is great for cooks, fully stocked with sharp knives and quality pots and pans (also, a blender, toaster instant pot, burr grinder, and new dishwasher). We are just under two hours driving from either San Francisco or Oakland airports, about 45 minutes from Santa Rosa and 20 minutes from the beach. All utilities (including high speed internet) are included. First month and last month's rent due at signing. Absolutely no smoking allowed. Small dogs only. Limited to 4 guests, max. 2 parking spots. No events or large gatherings.
