Neighborhood Description As you leave the neighborhood from either direction you have several imenities available to you. The library, Jensen Nature Park with fishing ponds, walking trails, golf course, Walmart, community center, elementary, charter, middle, doctors offices are within walking distance. This would be great for a family that might not always have two cars available. You could walk to the library for story time, the pediatrician for a check up, or the grocery store if needed. The bigger stores are not far in Layton. There is a new theatre being built behind Walmart. The open space in Syracuse is still abundant so you get the feel of a small town with the conveniences and workings of a bigger town.
