2011 Clayton Homes 14x66 single wide mobile home with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms on a rented lot in a mobile home park. You must be park approved to purchase, or you may move the home to your own property. The lot rent is $350 a month, including water and sewer, if paid by the 5th. Trash and other utilities are the homeowner's responsibility. The mobile home is total electric, vinyl siding, and asphalt shingled roof. All of the main living areas, excluding the main bathroom and second bedroom have vaulted ceilings. We have recently painted the bedrooms and the master bathroom. The master bath also has a garden tub/shower combo. The photos in the listing do not show that. We have also replaced most of the lighting fixtures, all faucets, window blinds, and all floor vents. We are currently in the process of replacing the front porch and adding a roof to it. There is a 10'x10' shed that conveys with the home. The lot is at the end of the lane, so there isn't a lot of traffic and is relatively quiet. From time-to-time assorted wildlife and be seen in the wooded area behind the home.
