In 2014 the roof, siding, gutters, and soffits were all replaced. The inside of the home was fully remodeled in 2016. The remodel included new: plumbing, insulation, electrical, water heater, and high efficiency furnace/ air conditioner. There is a 3 foot deep crawlspace that has a new footer tile, sump pump, moisture barrier, insulation, and dehumidifier. We have never had any water issues. There is engineered hardwood flooring in the living room, kitchen, dining room, and hallway. Carpet in all of the bedrooms. Tile flooring in the laundry room, and both bathrooms. The kitchen cabinets are all Schrock brand, and all have the soft close feature. The front porch and landscaping were redone in 2018. All kitchen appliances and washer/dryer stay with the home.
