CO-SIGNERS: If a co-signer is allowed they must live in Spokane County, have strong credit, adequate income to cover your expenses as well as their own that can be garnished and verified by screening. Co-signers are party to the lease for the entire tenancy. The screening fee is $25 per co-signer.
