The bathroom is fully functional and includes shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board. Basic cleaning supplies, sheets, towels, washcloths, toilet paper, and paper towels are provided. Stay comfortable with air conditioning and heating controlled by the building, and stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi and cable (Comcast basic plan). Laundry room access is available in the basement of the building. On-site parking is available in a privately owned lot. Located in the heart of downtown Atlanta, this condo is within walking distance of premier attractions such as America's Mart, World of Coca-Cola, Georgia World Congress Center, Mercedes Benz Stadium, and Philips Arena. Many local restaurants and bars are nearby. The area is a short walk to the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel, Hilton Atlanta, Atlanta Marriott Marquis, Atlanta Convention Center at AmericasMart, Hyatt Regency Atlanta, Peachtree Center MARTA, Coca-Cola place, CNN Center/Omni Atlanta Hotel, Georgia Aquarium, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and Georgia World Congress Center. Public transit is available via MARTA, with a stop a few blocks away. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. This space is for residential use only and is not for social gatherings or parties. Only registered guests are allowed in the unit. No pets are allowed at any time, with a minimum fine of $500 for violations. Behavior resulting in a false fire alarm will incur a minimum fine of $150. Eating, beverages, or smoking are not allowed in the hallways or other common areas of the building, with a minimum fine of $50. Do not put pizza boxes or other large items into the hallway trash chutes, with a minimum fine of $50. Guests should note that the condo is located in the heart of the city, and there may be houseless individuals smoking and drinking around the area and outside of the building. The building is currently under construction, and there may be blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways. AC and heating are available seasonally. If you are locked out of the unit, the Building Staff is available to assist you but please contact your host for instruction first. Packages and Mail should not be sent to the Building to be held for you. Do not block elevator doors and hold them open. It will shut down the elevator. Do not let people follow you into the building/elevator. Only residents and guests with fobs should be allowed to enter. No one should be able to hear sounds or noise coming out of your unit at any time. Bicycles are NOT allowed to enter the building.
