Numerous local dining and nightlife options are also close by. Peachtree Center Marta is 3 blocks away, its 25 minutes to the airport, Midtown is 5 minutes, and Buckhead is 10 minutes. The condo is also right next to the on-ramp for I-75/85 and I-20, so getting around by car is also very convenient. You are a 5-10 minute Uber from anything Downtown or Midtown. This condo is on the Freedom Park Trail, so you can be on the Beltline in 10 minutes.
The building features 24/7 doorman and security ensuring a safe environment. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. The space is for residential use only and is not for social gatherings or parties. Only registered guests are allowed in the unit. No pets are allowed at any time, with a minimum fine of $500. Behavior resulting in a false fire alarm will incur a minimum fine of $150. No eating, beverages, or smoking are allowed in the hallways or other common areas of the building, with a minimum fine of $50. Do not put pizza boxes or other large items into the hallway trash chutes, with a minimum fine of $50. No one should be able to hear sounds or noise coming out of your unit at any time. Guests should note that the condo is located in the heart of the city and, just like other city centers in the US, there are often houseless individuals smoking and drinking around the area and outside of the building. The building is under construction at the moment, so there are blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways to get rid of the smells. The parking lot can get creepy at night. AC and heating are available seasonally. The AC is a PTAC system, wall units controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. If you are locked out of the unit, the Building Staff is available to assist you, but please contact your host for instruction first. Packages and mail should not be sent to the Building to be held for you. Do not block elevator doors and hold them open, as it will shut down the elevator. Do not let people follow you into the building/elevator; only residents and guests with fobs should be allowed to enter. Bicycles are not allowed to enter the building.
