I wanted to introduce myself and some special qualities I have you wouldn~t know by just looking at my pictures. I was born in 1942 with great, solid bones and qualities and character you can~t find in homes today. I had a gentle face lift in 2007 bringing laundry to main floor, updating my kitchen and bathrooms and creating an ideal 2nd floor layout all while maintaining my character of original hardwood flooring, banister and layout. I have a great warm spirit that feels like a hug when you walk in the door. My most recent owners added some awesome qualities like opening up to the sun room, replacing carpets, fresh new paint, detail trim and moldings, new window shades and all appliances are in great condition. A big benefit I offer is due to the power sub-station across the street my power never goes down. I have a completely dry basement due to my double French drain system which is unique for this neighborhood. The armory at the end of the road is in the process of becoming 15 acres of public use land, ideally a park and recreational center. All furniture except the master bedroom furniture is available for sale with the home. I have been beautifully maintained including regular cleaning crew, HVAC bi-annual maintenance, quarterly pest control treatment plans and well maintained lawn service. All are available for reference if you~d like to continue use of the services. I~m in a safe, warm neighborhood just steps away from main street Pikesville that has lots of restaurants, shops, movie theater, library and great walking and running paths.
