There is a $30.00 application processing fee per applicant over the age of 18. In general, we look for 1) Income qualification, 2) Good to excellent credit, 3) A clean criminal background, 4) 2 years of prior rental leasing history and contacts for that history that will confirm good housekeeping and non-smoking. We do not accept co-signers. No smoking allowed anywhere at anytime. No pets allowed. No cultivation, storing, or use of marijuana allowed on the property.
