There are a couple of errors on the property description. The home is 1900sf not 1456sf as you report. In 2017 we redid the home with a brand new kitchen, new appliances, new counter tops etc. New floors throughout with hw floors placed in the 3 bedrooms and a porcelain tile floor everywhere else. We put approximately $65000 into the home. This year we converted from oil heat to propane heat with a propane water heater. We are redoing the downstairs half bath by putting in a new sink, ceramic tile on walls. Everything else was in the half bath was completed in 2017 (new toilet, new floor). There is also new lighting inside and outside. All new lighting fixtures as well. We believe our value is understated.
