Alley access to back yard with off-street parking w/ room for 2 vehicles (or can park on street in front with a permit, first year is free). Tenant responsible for utilities/electric/garbage. Move-in date somewhat flexible-- early October preferred; later October or Nov 1st negotiable, last week of Sept may be possible. The new tenant would be taking over my lease, which typically renews annually August 1st. Great local landlord.
