The home is framed in real wood , has premium vinyl siding, excellent rated insulation in both the interior and exterior walls, new water heater, new furnace, plumbing on the inside so pipes won't freeze in the winter, and uses natural gas. The home is energy and fuel efficient with utility costs being very little. House comes with a brand new shed in the backyard for additional storage. Currently the home is located in Manahawkin with a lot fee of $500 a month. If you plan on living there the new owner or owners will be required to pass a background check with the community, or it can be moved to another property if you choose.
