If you have driven by already you would still need to schedule a viewing with the office to apply. Our business hours are M-TH 9am-5 and Fri we close at 4pm If you live out of the area you can have someone view it for you if you know someone in the area. Otherwise you will need to spend a few days here to view properties. Once you have applied your application is on file for 90 days. If one owner denies your application another may approve it.
