The current equity BUY IN price is $ 11,305.08 for a two bedroom but we are selling our equity at a buy in price of $7,500. This would be due upon move in. On the day of your move in you are required to have the equity payment, a one-time membership fee of $ 180.00, the prorated housing charge and pet deposit(s). You will fill out the move in documents and you will take possession of the home once we complete your move in process.
