Your income will need to show your monthly income is no less than three (3) times the amount of the monthly housing charge. Example: Two bedroom is $ 454.00 a month. Your household will need to show $ 1,302.00 or more of received income each month. Once the income has been verified you will remain on our wait list or we will schedule a move in. The current equity BUY IN price is $ 11,305.08 for a two bedroom but we are selling our equity at a buy in price of $7,500. This would be due upon move in. On the day of your move in you are required to have the equity payment, a one-time membership fee of $ 180.00, the prorated housing charge and pet deposit(s). You will fill out the move in documents and you will take possession of the home once we complete your move in process.
