Our home is located within a secluded cul-de-sac. It is private and safe. Their are two prestigious private schools less than two blocks from our residence. The first is Chatsworth Hills Academy and the second is Sierra Canyon School. There are several homes in the neighborhood that are zoned for horses and during the week you can see equestrians riding on trails throughout our area!
