Utilities are shared among tenants and come out to about 75ish. The house has a community vibe amongst the current tenants, we're all either friends or co-workers turned friends. The neighborhood is mostly families and retired people, so very quiet and cozy. The room itself is very spacious with dimensions 12'x14.5' and is the 2nd largest room in the house You'll be renting direct from owner who also lives in home. No rental agencies. Relatively new appliances, including 2 fridges. Access to a pool and hot tub included. - Move out date will be at the end of the next month after notice is given
