This is a pretty awesome house built in 1920 that was moved from an adjacent lot and plopped onto a brand new foundation in 1998. It is mostly gutted, mostly rewired and mostly replumbed. The hallway has vintage linoleum from the turn of the century and the bathroom has Freshly laid, Italian Tile. I am looking to get into a smaller and more maneagable project/home.
