We love our home! We tell everyone we live in suburb light Atlanta - 15 minutes away from the traffic in the center of Atlanta, but still walking distance to our cute little Kirkwood neighborhood center with a coffee shop, amazing bakery, local wine shop and restaurants! We also live a 5 minute walk from the grocery store and biking distance or a short drive away from lots of other great neighborhoods like Decatur, East Atlanta, and Grant Park. We have a big fenced in back yard with multiple porches (one off the master), a grill, patio set, and shade in the warmer months. Yard service will come to take care of the property once a month. Driveway can hold more than two cars. And the front door is electric locking for convenience. Minimum term of 1 month, maximum 6 months. No Smoking. No cats or large dogs (dogs over 50 lbs). Included in your rent: - Utilities (water, power, trash pickup) - Internet - Lawn Service (bi-weekly) - House Cleaning (bi-weekly) We will send a cleaner bi-weekly (can be more frequent if desired) to do a general cleanup and wipe surfaces, clean bathrooms, etc.
