Less than a block away from a park, so it's great to get out of the house and go run or have a picnic. We've got an incredible neighbor who comes around every Thursday night and takes our trash and recycling out to the street if we forget; very nice gentleman. We take a lot of long Sunday afternoon walks through our neighborhood and enjoy all of the old trees that line the streets in this part of town. In general, a great little place to live.
