Home has been a work of love since 1998. All 27 leaded glass windows have been totally restored with new storm windows. The kitchen was all new in 2006. The old, leaning garage has been rebuilt. The front stoop was rebuilt by a professional mason in 2006. The full first-floor bathroom/laundry room renovation was also time to add a second 40 gallon hot water heater; a family of six and we NEVER run out of hot water! Neighborhood Description The North Winton Village Neighborhood Association is very active, and property values in the village steadily appreciate. The immediate neighborhood is either young families or empy-nesters and retirees who have been here their entire adult life. It is a really nice mix of people, and there are no rental properties on the street. Fairfax Road has a block party every fall, and it is the highlight of the summer for the children.
