(Extra Room: Yoga nook? Study? Storage? Anyway, lots of extra space.) Fully furnished. Kitchenware, tableware, linens, bedsheets and towels provided. Really, all you'll need is your suitcase! This would be perfect for someone here on a temporary assignment, short term research gig/sabbatical/locum tenens/travel nurse, etc. Longer term ok, too. -Though the house is old, it has been very well-maintained with many upgrades. Compared to other rentals of the same age in this area, it is easily in the 95th percentile. -Water softening system included (i.e, less soap consumption). -Beautiful wood floors throughout. -Lots of closet space. -Gardening opportunities in the backyard. -Not corporate-managed: Responsible & responsive owners, a married couple, live in unit below--we are quiet and respectful of our upstairs neighbors. In sum, this would be the perfect place for someone who enjoys a modest, old, quirky flat in a a modest, old, quirky house in a modest, old, quirky neighborhood.
