This 1929 two-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage is ideal for a single person or a couple. Not a proper fit for young children. Our cottage has been described as unique, rustic, and historic, and is located just minutes from beaches and quaint downtown Cambria! We request a modest rent that includes ALL utilities, due to the fact that the property also has a detached 100 sq ft studio on site that operates as a vacation rental for no more than two adults. We manage communications with guests and arrange for cleaning between guests. This has never been an issue for the last seven years we have operated as such. We are happy to set up an appointment in person or have a telephone call to discuss and answer any questions. One year lease agreement. Cottage only, and can be extended as furnished or unfurnished. Includes large fenced yard, all utilities, Wi-Fi, Hulu, Netflix. Washer and dryer on premises. One medium dog or two small dogs are welcome upon approval. Detached studio with separate entrance operates as a vacation rental.
