This is a unique place, we are not for every one. This is a farm. We have a Magickal Forest with a Vortex, the Chehalem Creek, an open air barn with our Fire Pit Lounge, and plenty of clean air, and delicious well water that you can drink our of the tap (we have an amazing Culligan water system here)! YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DO STAIRS TO LIVE HERE. This is an 850 sq ft fully furnished apartment in our basement. It is a spacious, unique space with its own entrance via an outside staircase. The floor is concrete with new carpets and paint throughout the 4 rooms. It stays cool even when it's hot outside. The entire space has new paint. The bathroom is a couple areas away from the bedroom. The apartment is half of our entire basement and has an office, sitting room with smart TV, a kitchenette (mini frig, microwave, Kuerig coffee maker, instant, griddle, and cafe table), private bathroom, and bedroom with queen size bed, dresser, nightstands, table and chairs. On site parking and utilities are included. Full kitchen and laundry room are on the main floor and they are shared, like a NY Brownstone. This apt and our top floor Airbnb room share an apartment size refrigerator in the full kitchen, should you choose to use it. All baking (no oven in kitchenette) to be done in the main kitchen. The dishwasher may be used for major dish or pan clean up in main kitchen as well. We ask that you clean up after yourself by doing your dishes by hand or rinsing and putting them in the dishwasher. There is a vacuum, mop and broom with dustpan in the apartment for your use. House keeping services are not included. You must be able to clean up after yourself. You must be clean about yourself (hygiene), be employed, considerate, communicative, responsible, accountable, and Be conscious & Be aware to live here. Smoking is only allowed in the open air barn lounge area and on the veranda. There is no smoking in the apartment or building ever. No pets allowed in the apartment. There is a $1,550 security deposit OR a non-refundable general deposit of $500 (your choice, we will set lease up stating either deposit choice) and $1,550 first months rent that includes utilities to move in. That is a total of $3100 OR $2,050 upon lease signing (the choice is yours). There is a lease agreement and we would like to begin with a 6 month lease minimum. We will extend if all is grand and the space has been well taken care of during your lease. Again, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DO STAIRS TO LIVE HERE. PLEASE CALL ME to talk and make an appointment to tour.
