Renter is responsible for gas, electricity and must maintain tenant's insurance and landlord will be responsible for dwelling insurance (HO6). There is HOA that I am financially responsible for, but you still have to follow their rule/regulations. No smoking or pets allowed/permitted inside the house. No weed outside either, it's not that kind of property. I lived here for 10 years and I have to be responsible for my neighbors.
