A half bathroom & laundry closet finish off the main level. The loft contains two bedrooms, a full bath & a sitting area, while the lower level has two bedrooms & another full bathroom. One of the bedrooms is currently used as a den, but a door can easily be added to make the space more private. The log cabin is tucked into an Aspen Grove & sits on 5+ acres of land, bordering common ground with one corner of the lot touching San Isabel National Forest. A new septic system was installed to accommodate a five-bedroom home. Beaver Lakes Estates community has 2 private fishing lakes stocked with trout yearly. If the 5-bedroom house isn't large enough, you can rent 1 of 3 community cabins downhill at a nominal fee. The neighborhood also offers a clubhouse for members' use, 6 RV sites with a 30 amp electric hookup, & a shower house. Beaver Lakes Estates is 3 miles up Empire Gulch; a full-time caretaker lives in the community. He maintains the common area in the community & ensures you have year-round access to the homes in the developments. National Forest surrounds a significant portion of the community, providing endless recreational opportunities. Please note that primary access is off Hwy 24 & Lake County Rd #7 (Weston Pass Road).
