The apartment is close to Giant Eagle (~10 min walk), bus stops, restaurants and shops on Murray ave. Bus stop with a bus to downtown is directly in front of the apartment (takes ~20 min). Bus to CMU takes ~5 min from Forbes. I used to bike to CMU (~10 min). CMU Escort bus stops right in front of the building. There's plenty of on-street free parking space in front of and around the building. This apartment is a steal! Tenant only pays electric (~$20-25 per month). Heat, gas, water, etc are all included!
