All persons 18 and up will be on the lease and must go through the application process. Deposit is equal to 1 months rent. Deposit and 1st months rent is due upon signing the contract. Tenant must verify income of 3x the rent. There are no pets allowed and no smoking allowed inside the house including vaping.
