Less than 0.75 mi to multiple grocery stores, shopping, and local food with nearby parks and green spaces. This two room, upstairs apartment with a private entrance and outdoor parking features a full kitchen, full bath, and in-unit washer and dryer. Nice oven & gas stove, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, and a sizeable pantry. No outdoor maintenance! We have the option to provide the apartment furnished upon request. We prefer no pets, but would be willing to discuss an additional pet deposit for the right renter if they have a cat or small dog. Our family lives on site, so we're really looking for a renter who will be a great match for us: kid safe, friendly, and someone who prefers a quieter, family-oriented neighborhood. Student or young professional would be ideal. Background check required for all applicants. We're looking for a shorter-term or month-to-month lease. All utilities are included in rent (water, gas, electricity, internet, trash/recycling). Rental is available for short-term / month-to-month options. 30-day notice required to break the lease. No yardwork or maintenance required besides changing HVAC air filters, which are provided. Parking is outside, but in private driveway. No smoking.
