Such a cool house! You are going to love the wide open space, high ceilings, fresh feeling, natuaral light pouring in. Just a great place. The sun room on the back is my favorite space. They have kept the integrity of the sun room and added in washer dryer laundry space on far end. It is a bonus hook up, they left the W/D hook up in basement as well. The lower level is perfect for 4th bedroom, (expand it to an amazing Master)! Once again, terrific space. The home just has this flow to it. The back yard is private, fenced in and has many places for your garden. The views from the front are very serene. The school bus stops at the end of your driveway. Seriously, put this one on your list!
