At least 6-month of lease period is required. Utilities not included. The community has a tennis court right outside the door, a swimming pool, club house, and a gym room. Recent credit bureau reports are needed for bona-fide renters. One month deposit is needed as well. No pets and no smokers. Owner will pay HOA and annual water sewage installment fee. Tenant will pay all utilities.
