10 acres,has drive goin all the way to the back of property,had it cleared in a couple spots. was planning to build a house,but the person that made a deal to go in halves with well broke their end of the deal,therefore couldnt build,forcing me to sell. veey private but only a minute to town. theres a phone tower in front of property.they say no building 300 ft from it, you can do trees or animals ,or whatever just no building 300 ft from tower. which still leaves plenty of room . its right across the road from the senior citizens place. but you cant see any of that on the property,like i said,very secluded.you just have to come look. There is easement where you first drive into property from tower,but ill have the paperwork on it. ill have pics as soon as i can get them out of my storage on phone somehow.
