I'm moving and need someone to take over the remainder of my lease which ends in October 15. Ideal move-in date would be April 22nd but is flexible. If you are interested you will apply with Bristol apartments. There's a $500 security deposit and a $40 application fee. Studio is not furnished.
Water and garbage are included in the rent price of $1185, you are responsible for gas, electricity and internet. (I'm splitting the internet bill with the tenant downstairs who is lovely.)
