The apartment is a HUGE unit of almost 1300 square feet. It is a top floor unit. The main bedroom and living rooms are very large. To be more concrete, the main bedroom is 12X16 with 12-foot high ceilings and hardwood floors. The room gets plenty of light from four large windows. The second bedroom is also quite sizeable, but I don't have the exact measurements, so you will be able to see this for yourself when you look at the apartment. The living room and dining room are the same size as the main bedroom and open into each other to create an incredible living space but, if desired, are dividable by closing pocket doors, effectively creating a guest bedroom or even a 3rd bedroom, if you like (which is why it is listed as a "2.5" bedroom apartment)! The kitchen is large and has a fully functional Wedgewood oven with six gas burners and two independently controlled ovens. The kitchen has a dishwasher, of course. The kitchen is connected through a butler's pantry (butler not included!) to the dining room, which as mentioned above connects to the living room. Regarding the building itself, The American Inn Condominium, was built in 1905, originally as a hotel for the 100-year anniversary of the Lewis and Clark exploration exhibition. It is very quiet (only 12 units in this condo complex) and spacious inside the unit as well as outside, in the common area. You get your own private locked storage area that comes with the unit! Bicycles are also welcome in the basement. In fact through a locked entrance you can ride your bike directly into the building, as I did for many years when I lived in your unit, and walk upstairs to your home knowing that your bike is safely locked in the secure basement, without even having to carry it up the stairs! Entrance to the building (both front door and basement) is through secure electronic keys.
