Regarding the building itself, The American Inn Condominium, was built in 1905, originally as a hotel for the 100-year anniversary of the Lewis and Clark exploration exhibition. It is very quiet (only 12 units in this condo complex) and spacious inside the unit as well as outside, in the common area. You get your own private locked storage area that comes with the unit! Bicycles are also welcome in the basement. In fact through a locked entrance you can ride your bike directly into the building, as I did for many years when I lived in your unit, and walk upstairs to your home knowing that your bike is safely locked in the secure basement, without even having to carry it up the stairs!
