It is required that all residential renters maintain the commercial appearance and function of the Plaza. This means no loitering in the parking lot, no fixing of cars (oil changing, mechanical work), no pets, no sitting outside in lawn chair or BBQing etc. All activities must be done inside your rental unit, except for snow shoveling your front walk, getting mail from mail box and going to and from your vehicle. Perfect for a Kent State student, single person, nurse. No pets allowed except for parakeet or other small caged pet... no dogs or cats. You are renting a single person unit for sleeping, watching tv/internet. This unit has a full bathroom and kitchen with stove top and refrigerator. Cooking with microwave or other plug in cooking appliance (crock pot) etc is also allowed. The unit is not for having friends over (one person occupancy only, no sleep overs utility fee is based on one person). If you are not able to comply with these strict rules, please do not apply for this unit as it would make life very difficult for the both of us. If you break any of these rules, you will be asked to leave at the end of your two month lease (or sooner if reasonable terms are broken). It is understood that the Landlord pays for snow removal, parking lot lighting, trash disposal. Renter pays for electric, Water, Gas @ $25/month and mandatory monthly cleaning service $10 (sweep rug, clean toilet and bathroom sink). First, last and non refundable security deposit is required. (so, $595 x 3 = $1785 down to occupy). Two month lease, renewable with signed lease every two months. This unique (@625 sq ft) unit is a cozy private place to sleep, watch tv and surf the internet. Not a place for having friends over or for loitering in parking lot, as there are commercial businesses adjacent to this unit. We provide a $10/month mandatory cleaning service (sweep carpet, clean toilet and bathroom sink)... this fee as well as utilities are included in rent ($560 + $10 + $25 = $595). Two month lease is renewable with signed lease every two months. Utilities and cleaning fees may be adjusted depending on consumption rate changes, changes in utility costs and/or cleaning needs.
