All the amenities are staying in the apartment except for the washer and dryer. Everything else IS NOT staying in the apartment. There is a washer and dryer in the building as well as the hookups in the apartment. Recently repainted deck. Tenant pays for everything. Dogs and cats allowed for $35 a month. A optional Garage is available for $67 a month as well.
