Looking to rent out my private room in a shared house that is currently available from now til the end of May (which is when the lease expires). I currently pay $1175/month, but I am offering it at $875/month (utilities not included) due to the fact that I am looking to rent the room out as soon as possible. Security Deposit is $1200 and credit must be approved by K & S Company ($39 application fee). Co-signer is an option.The room has been very well maintained. It is spacious with lots of light coming in from the large windows. The carpet is clean, it has a walk in closet, and if needed, a twin bed can be included.The house is located close to Bart (10 minute walk), many restaurants, and close to the South Side entrance of UC Berkeley. Laundry facility is located 1 block away.
