We r looking for someone who will take good care of property. No smoking allowed inside but there is back yard and front yard that can be used as smoking area. We r looking for one year lease in the beginning and then after lease is on the monthly basis. We have hardwood floors so if you do have a pet make sure he doesn't scratch it. We are paying for utilities the rest it's your responsibility. You can park your car in a garage if it's small if you own a bigger car you can park it in front of the house and you should ask a permit from the city. Regarding yard we don't have a gardener because it's a drought resistant area.
