Positive credit history with no collections or judgments. (Credit concerns may be waived with a double security deposit). 3. No criminal history & specifically no felonies. 4. We require income & employment verification & income must be 3x the rental amount. 5. Pets are allowed with additional pet fee ($200 per pet refundable deposit). 6. We use MyRental.com which charges a $35 application fee (per adult) which is non refundable and used to perform the background check. 7. A full month's rent plus one month deposit is required for move in. 8. Resident to pay all utilities.
