Tenant pays for electric, propane and Elevate internet. There is no municipal water or trash service. Yes, it's close to Montrose BUT, the last four miles is a ROUGH ROAD. High clearance vehicle required! 4X4 REQUIRED DURING HEAVY RAIN OR SNOW! If you don't have a 4x4 this is not the place for you. NO MUNICIPAL WATER. A 1,200 gallon cistern provides water to the house. You will need to haul water from town fill the cistern. There are bulk fill stations in town where you can buy municipal water very cheaply. This place won't work for most people. But maybe you're not like most people. Though the remoteness presents challenges, many folk live out here full time. If you are willing to trade a bit of discomfort for a lot of tranquility and open space then this might be the place for you. The house is in decent shape but not pristene. Someone with basic maintenance skills will be happier here. Background and credit check required. First month's rent and $1,250 security deposit.
