I'm looking to sublease my room at 2125 Franklin for June and lasting through August. The apartment is a 9-minute walk from the university, is extremely close to the Walnut bus line, Hirons, and Market of Choice. The room has its own bathroom, a walk-in closet is fully furnished, and there is a washer and dryer in the apartment unit. I have three other roommates; however, they will be primarily gone over the summer. I would happily send you their Instagrams, they all are very kind, covid cautions, and neat.
