Dear Home Buyers, Welcome to our home. I hope you are as delighted in it as we have been. As a single, working woman, I had this home built, paying close attention to detail. I chose the neighborhood for the easy commute into the city and for the close proximity to great running trails (Settlers Ridge Park and The Panhandle and Montour Trails). I thoroughly enjoyed picking out all of the fixtures and making sure everything was perfect. It started with the lot, and the beautiful view I knew my home would have. I have enjoyed the sunlight streaming in through the windows and skylights and watched the seasons change through them as well. A favorite pleasure of mine is taking a few minutes before getting out of bed in the morning to appreciate the view from the master bedroom window. The splendor of autumn is a favorite of mine, and the distant hillsides erupt with color furthering the beauty of our home. Four years ago, my home was further blessed with a baby girl. We dance in the kitchen, swim in the soaking tub (and the pool, of course), play football or soccer in the backyard, jog and ride bikes through the neighborhood and local trails. It was after I brought my baby girl home when I realized that there is also a beauty in the function of our home.I am never far away. The openness of the floorplan allows me to always be present for the movies, crafting, or toddler performances, even if I am cooking dinner. The maintenance-free living allows me to focus my time on the important things in life. We certainly will miss our home and neighbors.
