I have a furnished (or unfurnished if you have your own stuff) bedroom with either a full bed or queen bed (queen is w/o frame) I also have a desk if you need. Bedroom faces the backyard. The rest of the house is fully furnished. I will be gone majority of the time so you will have entire upstairs to yourself more often than not. I also have remodeled my detached garage so even if I am here I'll be out back for sleeping, etc. There is a very quiet renter who rents the basement. Has her own back entrance but will share the kitchen at times. She has been here almost 3 years. I take great care of the people who rent from me. Texting only for more info. No cigarettes but weed friendly.
