    My one bedroom at the Flats at Union Row on 14th St. is available on June 1st. The condo is move-in ready and is located in the 14th St/U St Corridor at 14th and V in Northwest. The unit includes pretty much every piece of furniture you would need and only requires linens, towels, and a bed. The unit has a 50 inch hi def smart television, GE profile appliances, a Bosch dishwasher, and a new stacked LG front loading washer and dryer. The unit also includes a secure garage parking space for an additional $200 per month which is easily accessible and on the first floor of the garage. It is an oversized spot which can accommodate a large SUV. There are floor to ceiling windows on the north side of the unit which border a large private terrace. The apartment is located on the interior of the building making it very quiet despite it being located in the heart of 14th Street.
